Over the past thirty years we have found that it helps to be very specific with regards to shipping and delivery. Here is a brief summary of our policies and practices; hopefully this will give you a feel for the process. We will provide a much more detailed version of the shipping details, for your review, when you place your order.
We know that receiving your floor when you need it is critical, so we’ve created a process that helps us understand your needs and insures that your delivery goes smoothly.

We will help you to coordinate your ship date and can recommend and work with the carrier to ensure that the flooring makes it to you when you need it.
Shipping and delivery:
Again, we will work with you to determine the best means of shipping the flooring to you and can easily recommend a number of freight carriers from whom you can choose.
It will be important to give some thought to where the flooring will physically go upon delivery; for example:
Make sure there is an area in the home or storage area that is suitable to receive the flooring. We recommend that all HVAC controls are in full operation and that all “wet work” has been completed in any storage area.
Ensure that there are people on hand to unload the flooring (Carriers don’t tend to want to handle the freight!)
